Fall Pro Days Camps are back, at Lake Louise from November 25-28 and at Tremblant on December 3-6, 2024. | Is my membership for the season automatically paid when I register and complete a certification programs? In most cases to become a CSIA member, a candidate must successfully complete the CSIA Level 1 or Snow Park certification. Once a candidate has earned one of these certifications, they become a CSIA “new member”. The CSIA will waive the membership fee for all “new members” during the remainder of the membership season when one of those entry level certifications is achieved. After the first season, there is an annual Membership fee to be paid each season to retain the Membership and receive all the Member rights and privileges for another season. |
| What is a Pro Day/ Session “custom”? Pro Day Custom fully adapts to you and Snow School’s needs! Most sessions will be delivered in collaboration with the Snow Schools, based on a specific topic. You will often find details related to these Pro Day Custom in your snow school Pro room. Pro Day Custom may also include special regional programming, or open training at smaller resorts. Pro Session Custom is a half-day version of the Pro Day. |
| If the program I registered for is cancelled due to the ski resort not being open, do I get a refund or can I transfer to another equivalent program? If a CSIA program is cancelled for any reason, registrants will be notified as soon as possible and will be offered a choice between a transfer to another equivalent session or a refund. |
