CSIA Central Scholarships
The CSIA Central Board has dedicated funds to assist members in building their skills and mindset of skiing and teaching. These funds will be allocated to successful applicants who apply in writing to csiacentral@snowpro.com Subject: CSIA Central Scholarship. Although we have received quite a few submissions (our previous deadline was December 31st, 2024), in the spirit of education, fairness in sport and based on ALL our successful new Level 1 Instructors, we’ve decided to extend the deadline to February 28th, 2025, for those wanting to challenge themselves and enroll in the Level 2 Certification Course.
The scholarship for each successful applicant is up to $1,500. Three scholarships are allocated for each province – Manitoba, NW Ontario and Saskatchewan for a total of 9 scholarships. Good luck!
CSIA Central AGM and Pro Days Weekend
A big thank you to Holiday Mountain Ski Resort at La Rivière MB and to Catherine Jordan. Thank you for the many late nights and countless hours that you and your team put in. It’s not lost on any of us the amount of work that goes into facilitating what was a fantastic and successful weekend! A special thank you to Chef for keeping us all nourished with exquisite meals. Special mention goes out to the course conductors that came from far and wide to enrich our learning experience and share your passion for skiing. Finally, thanks to YOU…our members, without you, none of this would be possible. Next year…we’re heading to Northwestern Ontario, watch for updates!
